First let me state that the materials and workmanship are first-rate and the quality and speed of service are superior. I bought this bag to upgrade a bobobark cork backpack I bought over five years ago that still performs well but I was seeking something nicer looking. It is too much to ask of this bag to function as a backpack. Simply stated, it does not work. I cannot get the strap short enough and the bag is so soft that it buckles when it is on my back. I think there are other backpacks in the line that actually work as backpacks. I also miss the large back wall zip of the cork backpack that enables me to get to my laptop and phone easily, and the small side zip that allowed easy storage of and access to my keys and office access badge. I am keeping the bag because it works very well as a cross body bag. I just wish there was a backpack option here with straps like my cork bag and the side zippers I am missing. Overall, though I absolutely recommend this brand and this bag as a shoulder bag.

This product is excellent - the color is exactly the same as on the website and the quality of the leather and stitching is fantastic. It will be a backpack I will cherish for years and years to come.
